Terms of service

Last updated 18 October 2026. These terms cover your use of DriveDesk — the website, AI receptionist, CRM, pupil portal and marketing tools.

The service

DriveDesk gives instructors and schools a website, an AI receptionist (web, phone, WhatsApp, SMS, email), a CRM, a pupil progress portal and marketing tools, under one subscription. Features depend on your plan — Solo Lite, Solo or School.

Phone numbers

Numbers we provide are provisioned through Telnyx under Ofcom rules — that's why claiming a number asks for your ID and proof of address. Usage (SMS, voice minutes) beyond plan allowances is billed at the published usage rates. Numbers are released if the account closes.

Acceptable use

Liability

We aim for high availability but don't warrant uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

Changes

We can update these terms with notice — material changes get at least 14 days by email. Continuing to use DriveDesk after that means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
